New Generation provides shelter and guidance for pregnant and parenting homeless women and their infants regardless of race, religion, marital status, disability, or economic status. In addition to group housing for 7 residents, New Generation provides two Transitional Apartments for 1 woman with 2 children, or 2 women with 1 child each.

Families in Transition (FIT), a nonprofit organization located in Manchester, Concord and Dover, New Hampshire, was founded in 1991 in response to the growing number of homeless individuals and families in the greater Manchester area and throughout the state. Since its inception, FIT has been committed to providing only the most innovative, and effective interventions specifically designed to help homeless individuals and families reach beyond the cycle of homelessness to lead healthy and successful lives.

New Horizons operates an adult homeless shelter, a soup kitchen, food pantry and Angie's Shelter for Women. For shelter clients, many more services are available than simply a safe place to stay and have meals. On site, clients have access to case management services, referral services, medical and mental health services, substance abuse counseling, Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and Narcotics Anonymous meetings.

Harbor Homes, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization established in 1980 that serves low-income, vulnerable New Hampshire community members throughout the entire state, with a focus on the Greater Nashua and Southern New Hampshire regions, including Nashua, Amherst, Brookline, Hollis, Hudson, Litchfield, Merrimack, Milford, Mont Vernon, Mason, Manchester, and Wilton. We provide high quality residential, primary and behavioral health care, and supportive services to more than 1,200 low-income individuals and families who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or living with mental illness and other disabilities each year.

Volunteer NH is a nonprofit organization with a mission to promote the tradition of service in New Hampshire. Building on that strong volunteer spirit, we support and sponsor national service initiatives and provide training, recognition, and a central site for volunteers and volunteer programs to help them strengthen their communities.

The ReStore is a discount home improvement center open to the public that accepts donations of new and gently used items from individuals and businesses in the community, and sells those items to the public at a reduced cost, usually 50-70 percent of the original retail value. All profits go to support home ownership for hard working, low income families in the Greater Nashua area, while keeping good, reusable materials in use and out of the landfill.

The Mission of the New Hampshire Food Bank is to feed hungry people by soliciting and effectively distributing grocery products and perishable foods, and offering innovative programs through a statewide network of approved agencies; by advocating for systemic change; and by educating the public about the nature of, and solutions to, problems of hunger in New Hampshire.

Corpus Christi Food Pantry and Assistance, Inc. is a 501 (C) 3 non-profit established in 1999 by the Roman Catholic parishes of Nashua to better meet the needs of the people of Nashua. Corpus Christi Food Pantry and Assistance is a safety net for families (in need of food and financial assistance) who do not qualify for government assistance or for whom that assistance is not sufficient or delayed in coming. All services are offered to help prevent hunger and homelessness and to help clients and their families on their journey to achieving self-sufficiency. They are offered without regard to race, religion, country of origin or gender. While our roots originate from the local Roman Catholic Parishes, no church affiliation is required to receive our services.

For 200 years, Gather has been serving Seacoast residents facing hunger. The agency was founded in 1816 by a small group of women committed to feeding the families of fishermen. Today, Gather is committed to ending local hunger through collaboration and leadership. Gather serves those in our community experiencing hunger by providing nutritious food through innovative distribution programs and our Pantry Market. We offer nutrition education and recipes for healthy living. We collaborate with community partners to address the root causes of hunger throughout the Seacoast including: Greenland, Hampton, Hampton Falls, Kittery, ME, New Castle, Newington, North Hampton, Portsmouth, Rye, Seabrook and Stratham.

Loudon Food Pantry is an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which provides food to households who are struggling to feed themselves. We support Belmont, Canterbury, Chichester, and Loudon NH. We opened our doors in July 2008.

New Horizons operates an adult homeless shelter, a soup kitchen, food pantry and Angie's Shelter for Women. The soup kitchen serves breakfast for shelter guests daily. It also serves a complete dinner to seniors (over 50) at 3:00 p.m. (weekdays) and for individuals, children and their families beginning at 4:30 daily. The soup kitchen serves over 200 meals a day. The food pantry provides groceries to impoverished families and individuals in Manchester. The amount provided to each household is dependent upon family size. Along with non perishable food items, there are also fruits, vegetables, meats and bakery items available.
